10. Identification of gaps, develop action plans under the guidance of the managing director of the hospital and monitor compliance.
11. Facilitate conduct of daily meeting for regular discussion of patients
12. Conduct Staff Trainings related to NABH & Introduction to equipment
13. Ensuring that the clinic meets all regulatory compliances related to NABH
14. Keep a record of non-functional equipment and time line for its repair along with AMC for all equipment and MOU’S with facilities.
15. Filing of monthly checklists, washroom checklists, biomedical waste bill
16. Biomedical waste Audit Report weekly
17. Hand hygiene record monthly
18. Give induction in absence of HR
19. Strengthen MIS (Management Information System), KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
20. Incident Reporting and actions taken Report.

22. Complete Doctors Audit, Patient Profile Audit.
