Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Working)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales
- Handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Google Sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain professionalism and quality standards during all interactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
