Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating quality leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & Local Ads)
- Create and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified leads through paid advertising
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with our design and marketing team for ad creatives and landing pages
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet campaign goals
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with local business marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization

- Must be available for a weekly in-person meeting at our Kottayam office
