Job Description
D-Light Solar Energy LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). The role involves office coordination, customer communication, documentation, and liaison work related to solar installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with banks, DISCOMs, and government departments regarding solar project applications.
- Manage customer documents and maintain records.
- Assist in subsidy, loan, and net-metering application processes.
- Prepare and update reports in Excel and other office software.
- Support the sales and operations team in daily office activities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to handle documentation and office coordination work.
- Freshers can apply.
- Training will be provided.
