About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Claims & Billing Executive to manage end-to-end claims processing, billing operations, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams & external partners. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, experience in trade claims (Offline Sales, Modern Trade & E-commerce), billing accuracy, and maintaining compliance while supporting smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Claims Management:
* Handle end-to-end claims for Modern Trade, E-commerce, Distributors, and Retail partners.
* Verify claims related to promotions, discounts, returns, schemes, and damages.
* Validate claims with supporting documents and ensure timely approvals.
* Maintain records of approved, pending, and rejected claims.
2. Billing & Invoicing:
* Prepare accurate invoices (MT / GT / E-commerce) based on agreed commercial terms.
* Check GST applicability, HSN codes, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
* Ensure timely billing to prevent revenue loss or delays in payment cycles.
* Coordinate with sales teams for pricing changes and billing queries.
3. Reconciliation & Reporting:
* Reconcile claims vs. actual sales and payouts.
* Coordinate with finance & accounts for monthly closures.
* Maintain SKU-level and channel-wise claim MIS reports.
* Analyze trend reports to flag issues impacting profitability.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
* Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketplaces.
* Resolve discrepancies related to claims, returns, and billing differences.
* Coordinate with distributors, modern trade partners, and e-commerce platforms.
5. Compliance & Process Improvement:
* Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
* Suggest improvements to streamline claim and billing processes.
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in claims and billing (Beauty, FMCG, Personal Care industry preferred).
* Strong knowledge of trade promotions, e-commerce claims, and billing processes.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / NetSuite or similar).
* Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume claims and billing tasks with accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
