Respond to patient inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social platforms, you will. Orders place, shipments track, and issues resolve — swiftly and accurately, you must. Concerns, complaints, and escalations, identify and address you shall — calm solutions provide, patient trust restore. With internal teams collaborate you will, complex problems solved and experiences improved through shared effort.

Patient feedback, collect and analyze you must — improve the journey it will. Insights share with team's cross-functional you shall, shaping better services and features for the future. Every interaction record, maintain you will, within CRM systems — clarity and continuity preserved. Trends and satisfaction reports, generate you must — continuous improvement guided by data.
� � Product Knowledge & Patient Education
Deep understanding of Mr. Yoda offerings, master you must — medicines, devices, wellness products, and more. Accurate and current information, provide you shall — guiding patients as per physician recommendations only. Doubt and confusion remove you will, so confident and informed the patient becomes.
Skills & Qualities Required
Calm under pressure; you must be. Empathy strong within you should remain. Clear communication skills — spoken and written — essential. English, Telugu & Hindi Problem-solving mindset, show you must, with attention to detail and patience.
