Required skill for Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Specialist / operational excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
- current profile should consist of 80% of their time in core Process Excellence and 20% in domain-related expertise.
- Overall, 10-15 + years of relevant experience in Process Improvements, preferably for BFSI domain.
- Should be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
- Good understanding & experience in BFSI domain along with skills to enhance Process performance.
