- Handle customer inquiries (Call / WhatsApp / Email) Flight booking (Domestic & International) Holiday package sales (Domestic & International) Customer follow-ups and conversion Handling JustDial / Website / Social Media leads Visa basic guidance to customers Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Prepare itineraries and quotations Maintain customer database
Required Skills
- Basic Travel Industry Knowledge Good English Communication Computer Knowledge (Excel / Email / WhatsApp Web) Customer Handling Skills Sales and Follow-up Skills Basic Flight Ticketing Knowledge (Preferred)

- Travel Agency Experience Ticketing Knowledge Destination Knowledge (Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Kashmir etc.)
