WE ARE HIRING – INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Fabdec Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate our interior project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and installation works. Coordinate with the factory, production team, designers, project team, and site workers.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Take and verify site measurements before production and installation.
Check materials received from the factory and ensure proper installation at site. Manage carpenters, installers, contractors, and other site workers.
Monitor project progress, quality, and completion timelines. Coordinate electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, and other related site works.
Identify site issues and provide practical solutions without delaying the project. Maintain daily site progress reports and regularly update management.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding site progress. Ensure proper finishing, quality standards, and smooth project handover.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.Good knowledge of modular furniture and residential interior execution.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings. Strong site and labour management skills.

Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to travel to project sites.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
