Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and modern interface design for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly designs across devices.
- Improve user journeys through data-driven design decisions and A/B testing insights.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 5–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Expert knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating design systems and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI-powered design tools.
- Motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code platforms.
- Experience working in digital marketing or SaaS environments.
