Job Overview
IApp Technologies is looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer Team Lead to lead our graphics team and maintain the highest standards of design quality across all creative assets.
This is a leadership role for someone who lives and breathes design. We are not looking for a general marketer, video editor, or UI/UX specialist. Our primary requirement is a highly skilled graphic designer with a strong design IQ and the ability to lead a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
- Review, guide, and approve all creative work before delivery.
- Ensure high-quality visual standards across all projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members.
- Manage design workflows, priorities, and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Continuously improve the overall quality of the team's creative output.
Required Skills
- Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Expert understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to identify and improve weak designs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire a team of designers.

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and other graphic design work.
