Gujarati Maharaj (Cook) – Job Description
Job Location - Navi Mumbai Airport
Responsible for preparation and cooking of authentic Gujarati cuisine as per standard recipes and taste. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional Gujarati dishes (dal, kadhi, sabzi, farsan, sweets, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure proper hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
- Follow safety and food handling standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Experience in Gujarati cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
