We're hiring a Ticketing Specialist
Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. As a Ticketing Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end flight, train, and bus bookings for Redwood’s student journeys, ensuring smooth and timely travel arrangements. You’ll handle reservations, ticketing, cancellations, reissues, and manage last-minute changes to keep every journey seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight, train, and bus reservations and ticketing for domestic and international travel.
- Search and compare schedules, availability, fares, routes, and travel options.
- Use Amadeus, Galileo/GDS, or other reservation systems for flight bookings and ticketing.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and reschedule tickets.
- Coordinate with airlines, railway operators, bus operators, and travel suppliers when required.
- Maintain accurate booking and transaction records.
- Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests professionally.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
