Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience
Salary: Up to 50,000 pm
Requirements:
- Strong Exposure to employee lifecycle management
- Handling HR documentation, compliance and audit
- Hands-on experience in contract labour management
- Should know about Statutory compliance and Industrial Relations.
- Handling all HR operations and administration
- Strong reporting skills with exposure to HR analytics
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
