Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical FMCG Inventory Management Executive to oversee our high-velocity product lines. You will ensure consistent stock availability across distribution channels, manage shelf-life tracking (FEFO/FIFO), and minimize inventory losses due to expiration or damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels for high-turnover goods to prevent stockouts while avoiding overstocking.
- Shelf-Life Management: Enforce First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to reduce product wastage and expiration.
- Demand Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to adjust stock allocations based on promotions and seasonal demand spikes.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct frequent physical stock counts and daily cycle counts across multiple warehouses and distribution hubs.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and report stock variances, damages, or short-shipments from suppliers immediately.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover ratio, stockout rates, and days sales of inventory (DSI).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS and FBM inventory and shipments.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of inventory control experience, specifically within the FMCG, food and beverage, or retail sector.
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of cold chain logistics (if applicable), rapid problem-solving, and high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹11,754.49 - ₹38,815.98 per month
