Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and build long-term strategic partnerships. The role involves consultative selling, relationship management, and market intelligence to position Einfolingua as a preferred partner in Video Editing, eLearning, Education, and Podcast Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across Corporate (L&D), CSR, Skill Development, Education, and EdTech sectors and Corporates.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Engage with Learning & Development (L&D) teams, HR, CSR heads, and training managers within corporate organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content Development, Instructional Design, eLearning, Media & Design) to propose customized, high-impact solutions.
- Track and evaluate tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and government / semi-government projects related to training, skilling, and digital learning.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the learning and skilling ecosystem.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches aligned with client requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within eLearning, Content Development, EdTech, Corporate Training, or Skill Development domains.
- Strong professional network with Corporate L&D teams, Educational Institutions, EdTech companies, and CSR stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise and institutional accounts.
- Experience in handling government, CSR, and skill development projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
