Strong Domain knowledge (Life Insurance). Serve as functional expert / consultant
Experience in documentation – BRD, FRD, FSD
Good exposure on Process modeling and application designing
Effective communication – excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel
Effective consultancy skills – Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work/communicate with stakeholders at all levels, to under business needs and present probable solution
