Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with exposure to SAP, ERP, and CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to engage with decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms, and market outreach.
- Identify potential clients for SAP, ERP, CRM, and other software solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Research target industries and identify key decision-makers.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable SAP, ERP, and CRM solutions.
- Conduct initial product presentations and sales discussions.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with functional and technical consultants.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate contract discussions.
- Ensure timely conversion of qualified opportunities into business.
- Maintain and update CRM/Bitrix with accurate lead details, follow-up status, meeting notes, and sales forecasts.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all client interactions and business discussions.
- Coordinate with implementation, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and onboarding.
- Follow up with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive experience.
- Support collection follow-ups and renewal opportunities whenever required.
- Handle client objections and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Work towards preventing escalations through regular follow-ups and expectation management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, ERP Sales, SAP Sales, or CRM Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, and reporting systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
