Profile: OT Assistant (Surgical Implants)-Surat
Experience:
1-2 years of experience as an OT Assistant, OT Nurse, or in Operation Theatre support. Experience in trauma, spine, orthopedics, or surgical procedures will be preferred. Roles:
Assist surgeons and OT staff during trauma and spine surgeries involving surgical implants. Ensure timely availability and preparation of surgical instruments, implants, and OT consumables. Maintain sterility and infection control protocols throughout surgical procedures. Coordinate with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal teams for implant requirements. Prepare, inspect, and organize implant kits before and after surgeries. Maintain records of implant usage and support inventory management. Handle cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments and implant sets. Provide intra-operative support and assist in troubleshooting implant-related requirements. Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and company SOPs. Travel to hospitals as required to support surgical procedures. Qualification:
Bachelor//'s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) - Mandatory Valid nursing registration
