We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Head to lead our NBFC branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business development, branch administration, customer relationship management, and team leadership, with experience in Gold Loans, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch business targets for Gold Loans, FD, RD, and NCD products.
- Drive customer acquisition through field marketing, referrals, and relationship building.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML norms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer grievances promptly.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality, collections, and recovery activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Conduct local marketing activities to enhance business growth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
