Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including PF and ESIC.
- Prepare recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Organize employee engagement activities, induction programs, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with field employees and project teams to resolve HR-related queries, including attendance, documentation, PF, ESIC, and other employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
