We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, modern frameworks, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to take end-to-end technical ownership of complex, mission-critical applications.
This role requires an individual who excels in designing scalable, high-performance software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies.
● Develop and enhance applications using the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
● Design and implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems following industry best practices.
● Participate in system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making for enterprise applications.
● Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.
● Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and drive software quality improvements.
● Troubleshoot complex application and production issues while implementing sustainable solutions.
● Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
● Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
● Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 5+ years of professional experience in Java application development.
● Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17 or higher).
● Extensive experience with:
○ Spring Framework
○ Spring Boot
○ Spring MVC
○ Spring Data JPA
○ Spring Security
● Strong understanding of enterprise application development principles and best practices.
● Experience designing scalable, distributed, and microservices-based applications.
● Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
● Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
● Strong expertise with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Hibernate/JPA.
● Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
