- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Attend incoming call or update data
Communication Management
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Prepare and update reports, attendance records, and databases as required.
- Support HR and Administration activities.
Coordination & Scheduling
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate visits.
- Assist management with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Employee & Visitor Support
- Issue and maintain visitor passes and records.
- Support onboarding activities, welcome kits, and ID card coordination.
- Assist employees with basic administrative requirements.
Office Operations
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
- Support office events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Manage the reception area and keep it organized and presentable.
