Roles & Responsibilities – IELTS Trainer
- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students’ language proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests according to IELTS standards.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to help students achieve their target scores.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Assist students with test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
- Address student queries and provide academic support whenever required.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during training sessions.
- Coordinate with management regarding student performance and batch requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and training methodologies.
