About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our technology solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain our website, ERP, software, and digital solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and product discussions with interested clients.
- Prepare and share basic quotations or proposals when required.
- Negotiate with clients and help close sales.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
- Performance Incentive: 10%–12% commission on every successfully closed client/project, in addition to the fixed salary.
- One-month probation period may apply.
- Additional mobile/internet support may be provided as per company policy.
