Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor will support quantity estimation, cost planning, and budgeting for civil construction works. The role involves reading drawings/BOQs, preparing quantity take-offs, and assisting in maintaining accurate cost records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for civil construction works.
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
- Prepare comparative cost sheets and cost-tracking reports.
- Coordinate with site/project teams to update estimates based on variations.
- Maintain Excel-based reports for quantities and cost planning.
- Assist in material planning based on estimated quantities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil quantity estimation.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret BOQs and architectural drawings.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
