- Conduct in-process and final inspection of control panels
- Verify wiring, components, layout, labeling, and documentation
- Perform checks for:
- Cable routing & ferruling
- Tightness and terminations
- Panel layout as per drawings
- Monitor manufacturing activities for compliance
- Perform and supervise:
- Functional testing
- Continuity & insulation resistance testing (IR)
- High voltage (Hi-Pot) testing (if required)
- Ensure panels meet customer and project technical requirements
- Prepare and maintain:
- Inspection reports
- Test reports
- Quality records & checklists
- Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions
- Support client inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Coordinate with auditors for internal/external quality audits
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective measures
- Strong knowledge of control panel wiring & assembly
- Familiar with electrical standards (IEC, IS, ISO)
- Understanding of drawings, schematics, GA, and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, megger, etc.)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
