Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Oversee performance management and employee development
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of HR experience, with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
