Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Inter and intra-branch coordination.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Inventory management and supervision.
- Should have sound knowledge of GST filings, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of GST returns
- Ensure inventory (pharmacy & stock) handling complies with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts and/or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control practices.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
- Knowledge GST
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Duty Time : 10am to 7pm
