About the Role
Mohjay Infotech is looking for a driven and people-oriented Field Sales Executive to fuel the growth of MI Skills, our career advancement platform dedicated to enhancing employability through industry-aligned training, career guidance, and placement opportunities. The role focuses on identifying prospective candidates, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of individuals seeking career growth and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field outreach activities to identify and engage prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of candidates interested in career development and placement opportunities through MI Skills.
- Present the value proposition of MI Skills and its career-focused initiatives to prospective candidates.
- Qualify leads based on career aspirations, eligibility, and interest.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team by sharing verified and qualified candidate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities and lead generation performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognised institution.
- Only experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven field environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
