[a] Building Managers who can effectively carry out his/her responsibilities in providing the leadership over an operations team of Admin Assistants and Technicians to manage day-to-day matters at the site he/she is assigned to.
[b] Area Managers who oversee and support the Building Managers and their respective teams in the sites assigned to him/her, so as to ensure that the day-to-day management of the sites concerned are carried out effectively.
[a ] Building ManagersActs as direct liaison to property owners/JMC/JMB.
Handling the day-to-day operations of the site including collection of Service Fees and maintaining proper accounts.
Sourcing for and engaging third party contractors following internal SOPs for maintenance services, repairs, upgrade of facilities, etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports to be submit to HQ and relevant authorities as required under the Strata Management Act.
Managing and leading the team in effectively contributing towards effective management of all property management matters at site.
[b ] Area Managers
Oversee, lead and manage the Building Managers and his/her team to ensure optimum delivery of their responsibilities in the day-to-day site management activities.
