Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Plastic Production Engineers to oversee production activities, ensure product quality, manage manpower, and maintain smooth plant operations. Fresh graduates with strong leadership abilities and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Supervise production activities during assigned shifts.
Ensure proper segregation of materials and cleanliness in production areas.
Conduct in-process quality checks and 100% visual inspections.
Verify line clearance before production commencement.
Monitor machine activities and review machine logbooks.
Handle online quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Issue raw materials as per production planning and maintain consumption records.
Maintain production, rejection, and visual inspection records.
Verify master labels and production documentation.
Perform SAP data entry and maintain production-related records.
Reconcile Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM).
Manage shift schedules and manpower deployment effectively.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, hygiene, and productivity standards.
Train Quality Assistants on sorting and inspection procedures.
Monitor and record rejection materials and quality deviations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
Manpower & Administration
Manage and supervise production manpower during shifts.
Maintain discipline among workers and staff.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.
Prepare shift reports and production summaries.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
Safety & EHS
Monitor plant safety practices and fire hydrant system readiness.
Support and participate in EHS activities and mock drills.
Ensure hygienic discipline in production areas and canteen facilities.
Monitor gown washing and autoclave activities as per procedures.
Review night shift activities and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Packing Operations
Train packing staff on packing procedures and quality requirements.
Provide induction training to new packing employees.
Ensure proper handling and packing of in-process materials.
Verify boxes, poly bags, and packing materials physically.
Ensure products are packed according to approved quality standards.
Monitor housekeeping activities using vacuum cleaners and mopping machines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing areas.
