We are looking for a PPC Executive – Production Planning & Control for our manufacturing plant in Banur.
Trio India is engaged in the manufacturing of Cleanroom Partition Panels, Ceiling Panels, Doors, and related cleanroom products. We require a candidate who has good knowledge of Production Planning, Material Planning, Scheduling, Production Follow-up, and Excel.
The ideal candidate should be strong in MS Excel / Google Sheets and capable of maintaining production plans, trackers, reports, material requirements, and daily production schedules accurately.
Strong Excel knowledge is one of the most important requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Plan production according to customer orders, priorities, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and maintain production schedules
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, Design, Quality, and Dispatch teams
- Monitor daily production against planned targets
- Maintain accurate production data in Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with Design team regarding approved drawings and production requirements
- Monitor Work Orders / Production Orders and their completion status
- Support management in improving production efficiency and on-time delivery
Candidates with strong practical Excel knowledge will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of production scheduling and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Material Planning / Material Requirement Planning
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple production priorities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and production targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred
- Experience in Sheet Metal, Cleanroom Panels, PUF Panels, HVAC, Fabrication, Pharma Equipment, Engineering, or similar manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
- Candidates with strong Excel skills and practical production planning exposure will be preferred
- Candidate should be disciplined, organized, proactive, and strong in follow-ups
- Must be comfortable working from Banur Plant

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
