Job Description :-
- 10-15 years of experience in building construction projects (residential/commercial) with at least 3-5 years as Construction Manager or Senior Engineer handling full site execution independently.
- Strong hands-on experience in RCC frame structure, finishing works, and coordination of MEP services on mid to high-rise projects (minimum G+10).
- Proven track record of managing day-to-day site execution including planning of resources, labour, materials, and machinery to meet target schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural/structural drawings and coordinate with consultants to resolve technical/site issues.
- Experience in implementing quality control procedures and checklists to reduce rework and ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
- Exposure to basic project planning, micro-scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or Primavera in coordination with planning team.
- Experience in contractor/subcontractor management including work allocation, measurement, and certification of bills as per BOQ.
- Willingness to work full-time at site in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai with flexibility for extended hours as per project needs.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
