Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and drive project sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in construction contracting, residential/commercial projects, or real estate development.
- Existing network of clients, architects, consultants, developers, or corporate customers will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of bringing construction projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
