Job Summary
Vel Kids Academy is looking for a passionate and confident Spoken English Teacher to train students in English communication, speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday conversation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Spoken English classes for school students.
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and communication skills.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and pronunciation.
- Conduct conversation activities, role plays, group discussions, and speaking exercises.
- Build students’ confidence to communicate in English.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Track students’ progress and provide individual feedback.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and interactive classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding students’ progress.
- Support Vel Kids Academy in promotional and academic activities when required.
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and energetic personality.
- Ability to engage and manage children effectively.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates from Vellore and nearby areas are preferred.
