Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Counselling Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in the study abroad and education counselling industry and want to develop their communication, counselling, and student-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist counsellors in handling student enquiries and counselling sessions.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and study-abroad preferences.
- Provide basic information about courses, universities, and study destinations.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages.
- Maintain student records and update information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams when required.
- Assist in converting enquiries into applications.
- Learn and follow the company's counselling and admission processes.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Interest in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
