About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience in hospitality uniforms, hotel supplies, or related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Promote the company's hospitality uniform solutions and related products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of marketing principles, lead generation, and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
- Prior experience in hospitality uniforms, hotel supplies, corporate uniforms, textiles, apparel, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Candidates with direct exposure to hotels, hospitality groups, and institutional sales will be given preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
