Job Summary
Propenu.com is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive the onboarding of real estate developers, builders, and projects onto the Propenu platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting project presentations, and expanding Propenu's presence in the real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Responsibilities
- Identify and approach real estate builders, developers, and channel partners for project onboarding.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Propenu's platform and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close onboarding agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project listing and activation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor platforms and industry trends.
Marketing Support Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing builder meets, project launches, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance Propenu's brand visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Promote Propenu's services through social media, networking events, and industry associations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry and property market.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and builder visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or marketing are encouraged to apply.
