Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Follow up with candidates prior to interviews to confirm availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect interview feedback from interviewers and communicate results to candidates.
- Prepare candidate evaluation forms and obtain approval from the Director/Management.
- Draft and release offer letters and appointment letters.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
