About Us:
Britfort Academy is seeking experienced and committed Dental Assistant Trainers to join our academic team on a full-time basis. We focus on delivering high-quality, practical-oriented training to prepare students for successful careers in the dental field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Train students in Dental Assistant theory and hands-on clinical practices
* Demonstrate chairside assistance techniques and standard dental procedures
* Train students in dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control protocols
* Conduct regular practical sessions, assessments, and evaluations
* Mentor students with professional guidance and career support
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Requirements:
* Doctors preferred (BDS / MDS)
* Male/Female candidates can apply
* Strong clinical knowledge and practical expertise
* Teaching or training experience preferred
* Excellent communication and instructional skills
* Passion for teaching and student development
