Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing clients for Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS). You will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business leads via networking, cold calling, client visits, tenders, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and design tailored IFMS solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during sales and onboarding.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional segments.
- Recommend new service offerings and strategies to management.
4. Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams for site surveys, proposals, and service delivery.
- Ensure smooth project handover to operations post-contract signing.
- Support client onboarding with proper documentation and agreements.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IFMS industry (soft & hard services).
- Ability to prepare commercial proposals, cost sheets, and presentations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender/bidding processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience for BDE/SE roles.
- 5–7 years of experience for BDM/SM/KAM roles.
- Prior experience in facility management, housekeeping, or MEP services preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B clients.
