Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Facilities Management Head to oversee facilities operations across multiple retail showrooms within the assigned region. The role will ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, safety, infrastructure upkeep, vendor management, cost control, and operational efficiency of stores, with a strong focus on retail environments such as jewellery and textile showrooms.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing retail facilities, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, and regional administration support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end facilities management for all retail stores/showrooms in the assigned region.
Ensure proper maintenance of showroom infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, DG systems, elevators, fire & safety systems, and general upkeep.
Conduct regular store visits and facility audits to ensure operational standards are maintained.
Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
Coordinate with vendors, AMC partners, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
Monitor and control facilities budgets, utility costs, maintenance expenses, and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, security, statutory, and local regulatory requirements.
Support new showroom setup, renovation, relocation, and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with internal teams including retail operations, administration, security, IT, and projects for smooth store functioning.
Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution with minimum business impact.
Maintain MIS reports, maintenance logs, vendor performance records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, ambience, and customer-facing infrastructure across all locations.
Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Jewellery, Textile, Retail Chains, Shopping Malls, or Multi-Branch Showroom Operations.
Strong knowledge of retail facilities, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and regional operations.
Experience in handling multiple locations/showrooms is mandatory.
Good understanding of electrical, HVAC, civil, fire & safety, and infrastructure management.
Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Background
Candidates from jewellery retail, textile retail, large showroom formats, hospitality, malls, or organized retail chains will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
