What are we looking for? • Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt with Quality improvement and Lean Deployment background • Ability to break down End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap • Should have delivered large scale end-end marketing Process Transformation projects for global clients, preferably in Marketing and related domains • Well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus have a proven track record of implementing Digital solutions • Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project • Experience in shaping solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel
Roles and Responsibilities: • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide marketing transformations, embedding strategic programs into core business operations for sustained impact • Spearhead marketing operations transformation using agentic workflows, Gen AI, and automation to drive agility, scalability, and efficiency • Identify operational inefficiencies and close process gaps through intelligent automation, RPA, and predictive analytics, delivering solutions with cross-functional teams • Collaborate with marketing leadership and delivery teams to shape future-ready operating models aligned with growth and innovation priorities • Demonstrate strong understanding of marketing operations processes including campaign management, creative and content development, digital asset management (DAM), and website content updates • Lead full transformation lifecycles, from strategic roadmaps and business cases to cross-functional delivery and long-term value tracking • Build compelling business cases articulating transformation objectives, ROI, risks, and resource needs to drive executive-level alignment and approval • Optimize marketing processes through continuous improvement, resulting in measurable cost reductions and operational efficiencies • Engage cross-level stakeholders through clear, tailored communication, earning trust and alignment on complex transformation journeys • Manage concurrent transformation workstreams, coordinating multidisciplinary teams for timely delivery and strategic goal alignment
