- Handle all room reservation inquiries through telephone, email, website, and online travel agencies.
- Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Provide guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, promotions, and packages.
- Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor room availability and ensure inventory is updated.
- Handle corporate, group, and travel agent bookings as per hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Resolve guest reservation-related concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or Front Office operations.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality education may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar systems).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
