Hiring: Operations Manager ( Pre-opening property)
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day resort operations across all departments
– Ensure smooth guest services and operational efficiency
– Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and performance reports
– Supervise staff, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards
– Support the General Manager in achieving overall property growth
Requirements:
– Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality operations
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage teams and coordinate between departments
– Good knowledge of hotel/resort operations
