We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to execution. The candidate will oversee project planning, coordinate with clients and consultants, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality architectural solutions aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop concept designs, presentations, drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
- Supervise junior architects and design teams throughout project phases.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress and quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Resolve design and technical challenges during project execution.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
