We are urgently hiring Supervisors for our Perundurai and Tiruppur units. We are looking for dedicated and responsible candidates to oversee daily operations, coordinate with workers, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth functioning of the manufacturing unit.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate workforce and manage daily operations
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or construction related industries is an added advantage
