Job Title: Commercial cum Accounts MIS Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling commercial documentation, accounts coordination, ERP updates, MIS reporting, payment tracking, and management reporting to ensure accurate financial and operational data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
1. Maintain and update commercial and accounts data in ERP/software.
2. Generate reports related to sales, purchases, stock, freight, payments, and collections.
3. Track customer receivables and supplier payables.
4. Verify invoices and support reconciliation activities.
5. Maintain commercial documents, contracts, purchase orders, and dispatch records.
6. Coordinate with Commercial, Accounts, Logistics, Stores, and Operations teams.
7. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for updates.
8. Ensure accuracy of data entered into ERP and reports generated.
9. Prepare management reports and dashboards as required.
10. Maintain proper documentation and filing of commercial and accounts records.
11. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and records.
12. Identify discrepancies and report them to management for corrective action.
Qualification:
· B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
Experience:
· 2 to 5 years in Commercial, Accounts, MIS, or Back Office Operations.
Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
2. ERP Software Knowledge
3. Accounts & Commercial Process Understanding
4. Analytical and Reporting Skills
5. Good Communication and Coordination Skills
6. Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Preferred Industry:
1. Manufacturing, Export, Agro Products, Trading, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
