● On-board high quality driver partners and vendors
● Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric.
● Ensure delivery on SLA’s promised to the customer
● Restore operations to normalcy when things break
● Hire, coach and mentor a team of Managers
● They control the P&L and run operations across multiple states.
● They have to optimize the cost and increase overall efficiency.
● They are responsible for Implementing SOPs across multiple sites.
● They are responsible for growth of both the Revenue and the Gross margin for
their sites.
● Internally, they manage Operations Managers and collaborate with the
Finance, Compliance, Human Resources and Performance Review team.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 7 - 10 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business.
● Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day.
● Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.
● Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
● Willingness to travel between different cities.
● A good understanding of the city and its layout will be a big plus.
● Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus.
● Entrepreneurial – growth mindset, dynamic individual with positive outlook.
● Confident, highly motivated self-starter who is willing to get his/her hands
dirty.
● Attention to detail with the ability to build relationships.
● Must demonstrate high levels of ownership, bias for action and problem solving.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
